How to Check Interest Income and WHT Details in the IRD System



Please follow the steps below:



1. Log in to the IRD system.



2. Select Return / Schedule Management.



3. Select Individual Income Tax (IIT) from the submenu.



4. Tick Year of Assessment (2025/26).




5. Click the Proceed button.



6. Tick the 4th option:
Interest Income (AIT deducted by Bank & Finance Institutions)




7. Scroll down and locate the Interest Income section.




8. Collect the WHT certificate/form from the relevant bank.



Important:

Please check that the interest income and WHT/AIT amounts shown in the IRD system match the details provided by the relevant bank.

3. Click on (Touch on) red arrow

Login

Step 04

Login form fill and login button click

Step 05

Go to change tax type

Step 06

Click on IIT

Step 07

Select inactive and date then save

Step 08

Scroll down and select Supporting document for IIT, then select your file that you need to upload

• Proof docs

Step 09

You can see uploaded document list and click next

Step 10

Add your details as screenshot and then submit

If you get following error, please change your effective date as per the error message.

Step 11

If you still can't submit, remember to take a screenshot and provide them to IRD as proof of online IIT inactive request

Step 12

Please save UPDATE TAX TYPE DETAIL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT as PDF as proof
